We only provide services in accordance with the provisions of the law, we do not provide services that are prohibited or not permitted by Vietnamese law.

When you access our website, it means that you agree to our terms and conditions.

When accessing our website, customers must be at least 14 years old, or access under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Customers must have full civil capacity to conduct transactions to buy and sell goods according to current regulations of Vietnamese law.

We provide services nationwide. Working hours are from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), not working on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

WeatherPlus Weather Solutions Joint Stock Company was granted a license for meteorological and hydrological forecasting and warning activities No. 01 in 2017 by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, issued on April 3, 2017; first amendment No. 14/GP-BTNMT, issued on January 21, 2021.

We are forecasting and warning weather and hydrology nationwide for organizations, individuals and communities.

The information and service price policy on the website are always the same as the actual address of WeatherPlus Weather Solutions Joint Stock Company: 18th Floor, Tower A, Song Da Building, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.
