The system integrates multi-source data, basin-specific forecasting, and scenario-based operational analysis to deliver high accuracy and strong real-world applicability. As a result, HNT not only empowers operators to make safe, proactive decisions under extreme conditions, but also optimizes reservoir storage and discharge strategies, enhancing power generation efficiency and the economic value of the reservoir.
